• Eligibility: You must be 18-35 years old and have completed S3.
• Note: Submitting this form does not guarantee enrollment. Selection will be based on eligibility criteria and available slots.

• Ibisabwa: Ugomba kuba ufite imyaka 18-35 kandi wararangije S3.
• Icyitonderwa: Kwiyandikisha hano ntibivuze ko wamaze kwemererwa. Abazafatwa bazatoranywa hashingiwe ku ibisabwa n'imyanya ihari.
